Ballistic Body Blast is a programme focusing on compounding muscle isolation. This means you work one muscle group through a set of consecutive exercises over a number of sets. Once complete, you move on to the next muscle group. Weight ranges should range between mid range to upper range where the final 5 reps of each set are difficult. Don’t shy away from doing what you know you can do. This workout covers all major body parts and primary muscle groups. Complete this full body workout to challenge your strength and endurance.
