Punch to the Face is a programme designed to offer a full body workout through a mix of boxing and calisthenics. It will test your ability to endure twelve 3 minute rounds filled with various fighting techniques and exercises that will work your cardiovascular stamina and your physical strength. With only 90 seconds rest between rounds it will push you to your limits and deliver a knockout blow.

These workouts are very challenging and should be approached with care. The times and targets are suggestions and should only be attempted if you are physically fit and healthy.
