TRX Flex is a programme designed to fully utilise your TRX suspension equipment. TRX stabilises you to a fixed structure and primarily focuses on you using your body weight to perform various movements and exercises. This workout takes you through a wide range of movements that provides a full body workout buy pairing up two exercises per set. Form is very important so please really concentrate on keeping your form as strict as possible. If you haven’t done a complete TRX workout before then you are in for a treat. We’ve picked some of the most beneficial exercises for you to perform during this workout that will work both your cardiovascular output and your muscular strength, especially through the core.
