Horrendous Hills

Horrendous Hills is a programme designed to engage your legs in a series of hill challenges over three disciplines, run, bike and stairs. Each element pushes you to increase your intensity over a period of 20 minutes. Your legs are going to burn, you’re going to sweat, curse and want to give up. This is developed to test you both physically and mentally, so will you have the will power to complete the challenge?

The Programme

These workouts are very challenging and should be approached with care. The times and targets are suggestions and should only be attempted if you are physically fit and healthy.┬áPlease do not attempt these challenges if you are not of the ability rating stated above. If you are unsure about attempting these challenges please feel free to consult your trainer, physician/doctor to attain a professional opinion as to whether you are physically able to complete the challenge.
